Develop Outsourcing Strategy.  Is your CEO or BOD asking you what is your
outsourcing strategy and you need objective advice and assistance to deliver one?

Identify Outsourcing Candidates.  Do you want to know from an objective third party
what functions in your organization might be the best outsourcing candidates along with
the pros/cons/risks/benefits of the top candidates? Of those that are higher risk -- but
perhaps would have a higher potential return -- would you be interested in knowing
what would be necessary to get them "ready to outsource" and in what time frame?

    What not to Outsource.  Would you be interested in objective recommendations of
    which organizations should not be outsourced and why?

Responding to Vendor Provided Outsourcing Proposal.  Has a vendor who delivers
Outsourcing Services called upon your executive team and prepared a proposal for why
they need to Outsource portions of your organization and you would like to have an
objective third party work with you on how to respond?

Outsourcing Vendor Management Approach.   Does your CEO need assistance in
formulating a Corporate vendor management strategy?  Do you need assistance in
formulating a Divisional vendor management strategy?

Needs:  Improving Sourcing Vendor Management, Performance
Improvement, Contract negotiation

Manage the Transition to the Vendor. Have you made an Outsourcing decision and do
you need an Interim Program Executive or Consultant to manage the transition of your
staff/assets to the new vendor and optionally -- represent you in contract negotiations?

Service Delivery Issues.  Is a vendor routinely over budget and/or are there service
delivery issues not meeting expectations -- and you want to understand the “root
causes” and resolve them once and for all?

Renegotiate or rebid; bring back-in-house.  Do you want to investigate the option of
bringing an outsourced service “back in-house” or renegotiating your current contract
scope, pricing, and service levels; or rebid your contract to other competitors?
