		Failed or Failing. Do you have a project that has failed (i.e. over budget, late, not meeting

		delivered and you want to pursue remedies including getting your money back? Perhaps you need assistance in assessing the facts and understanding what your potential remedies may be.

		Customer Retention or Adoption; Product Competitiveness. Do you have poor
		customer retention, poor customer adoption, or product competitiveness issues and you need assistance to identify the "root causes", ascertain the acceptable solutions to the target market, and recommend revisions to the product plan?

		Changed Target Markets. Have you changed target markets and you need an expert in
		the large/medium enterprise market to assess the changes your product needs to incorporate to compete effectively and then to work with you staff to devise a prioritized product plan to implement those changes?
